In order to become a better writer one needs to have an ever expanding vocabulary. If you want to get your message across clearly as possible you need to have a large enough vocabulary so you can pick and choose which words convey the meaning of your thoughts best. Here are some guidelines to follow so you may increase the size of your word lexicon and give yourself a good solid structure to build upon.

Reading is absolutely essential for discovering new and innovative words. Read everything. Newpapers, books, magazines, pamphlets,brochures and even comic books can give you new undiscovered words to draw upon.

Defining words is what learning words are all about. Always have a dictionary and a thesaurus near by. Once you discover a new or unfamilar word you need to definite it and find as many synonmys as possbile for it. This gives the new word some weight in it own unique definition.

Structuring sentences is an indispensable activity one must have to build a greater vocabably. You must be able to use the new word in a sentence. By construting the proper syntax you are creating a useful connection in your mind. This builds links and files the new word you’re learning in it’s proper lexicon.

Constructing your vocabulary is all about finding and using words.There are fresh words sprouting up every day all around if you’ll look and listen. Billboards, signs, news stands, on the radio and television we are constantly bombarded with words. If you pay close attention you can find unique words every day out there all over the place. Another great place to find and receive undiscovered words is at Wordsmith.Org. Wordsmith is an email subscriber list which will send you a new word daily. Not only will Wordsmith send you the word, but other important apects to building your vocabulary more amply. Some things Included in each email:

• The word and it’s phonetic spelling
• The word definition.
• The word origin.
• The word usage
• An audible pronunciation of the word.

Wordsmith is one of the best ways to build your vocabulary making it much larger and richer. Learning more words and how to use them properly is what a writer needs to write clear and precise prose. Adopt these guidelines and enhance your total vocabulary so you can become a better writer each day.

If you’re new to writing articles and the article process, Ehow is an excellent place to start! The Ehow site offers a way to share your knowledge of almost any subject without having a professional background on wrinting in general. Heck, just look at my writing, I  can even contribute! 

Ehow is an avenue sharing wesite. The way revenue shaing works is by ehow advertzing on each “How To” article page. If you desire they will share a portion of what they make off those ads posted on your article pages. It’s a brilliant concept and an integal part of the whole writing article process.

In some cases you can make a substantial amount of residual income, but I imagine the majority make a little here and there. Learning to be a good writer only comes with practice and the structure Ehow provides is perfect for the beginner and expert alike…Go try it out!

Writing articles is a skill which everyone can learn to do well. The activity just takes a little bit of practice and the developement of a good writing process. There are many websites out there to show you “how to write articles,” but some select information products can really show you how to create an excellent article process

Writing good quality content articles is a very important ability to have so you can help drive web traffic to your website. Without readers, it’s like the old adage, if a tree falls in the forest and no one is there to hear it, does it make a sound? If someone writes an article, and no one is there to read it, does it provide any information?  WebLinks placed in articles provide directions for people to find more information and hopefully buy the products you’ve worked so hard to produce.
